Beth Reddix

Beth is a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Middletown office. She has been with PHS since 2018 after serving as an Registered Nurse for 10 years. She spent 2 of those years in an Intermediate Care Unit and 8 years in the Emergency Room.
She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Miami University in 2007. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017, both from Ohio University.
She enjoys serving the community through her church where she also serves as a preschool Sunday school teacher. She is a married mother of three boys and has an Akita-Husky dog.

John Greene graduated from Ohio State University with his Bachelors in 1997. John graduated from University of Cincinnati with his second Bachelors in 2011, going on to earn his Masters from the University of Cincinnati in 2013.

Sue graduated from the University of Cinicinnati with her BSN in 2013 and worked at Cincinnati Children's Medical Center as an RN for 3 years. In 2016 she received her MSN-FNP and is AANP Board Certified.
Sue also has a BS/MSN in Biomedical sciences and has worked in medical research for 10 years.
Sue is married with 3 children, 2 boys, a girl and a dog. In her spare time she love to take long walks, reading, serving at her Church and playing with her kids.

Ujaranne Renee Onuorah
APRN - CNP - Psychiatry
Ujaranne Renee Onuorah joined Primary Health Solutions in November of 2020 as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at the Middletown location. She is from Atlanta, Georgia though her family is originally from Nigeria, West Africa. She has called the Cincinnati area home for the last 19+ years.
She received her ADN degree from Good Samaritan College of Nursing and her RN-BSN from University of Cincinnati. She continued to Northern Kentucky University for both her Graduate and Post-MSN degrees. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 9 years and has worked in various practice settings, with the last being Internal Medicine prior to obtaining her Post-MSN certification in Psychiatry in 2020. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Ohio Association of Advance Practice Nurses
She is married with four children and loves to cook, read, and have quiet time. She also enjoys traveling. Outside of work, she is very active in her church, serves as a volunteer peer counselor at Eve Center and is involved in many community outreach events.
