STRETCH AND FLEX
JOURNEY WELLNESS CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. WE HOPE WE’LL BE ABLE TO RESUME AND SEE YOU SOON!
Tuesday and Thursday 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Stretch & Flex is a beginner level total body exercise class that will encourage strength, flexibility and mobility.
This class will alternate upper body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing and a SilverSneakers ball with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Director of Wellness Promotion, Elements
Jon Frost leads Wellness programming for Community First Solutions and oversees all fitness programming at Elements Wellness Center. He has a master’s degree in Applied Exercise Physiology from Ashland University and is a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their lifestyle goals. Jon believes in the power of staying active; “keep moving or you will stop moving.”
