Frank Wolf
DO - OB/GYN
Prior to joining the PHS team, Dr. Wolf has provided care to Butler County women and their families in several practices, most recently in Fairfield. Dr. Wolf attended medical school at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has practiced in Butler County since finishing his residency in 1993. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and he is also certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Wolf grew up on the east side of Cincinnati, graduating from Anderson High School. He returned to the Cincinnati area to be close to his family.
The satisfaction of having patients return again and again is the most rewarding aspect of patient care for him. “Seeing a patient for her first gynecologic visit, to the joy and awe of delivering her children, to the transition into menopause, through the good and bad times is truly fulfilling.”

Jennifer Bolan
MD - OB/GYN
Dr. Jennifer L. Bolan is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Wright State University where she earned degrees in Psychology and Electrical Engineering. Furthermore, she completed a Masters degree in Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Bolan was drawn to women’s healthcare in 1997 after the birth of her first child. She began her career in this field as a certified childbirth instructor and doula; however, her passion for women’s health impelled her to take her career even further. She proceeded to graduate from Wright State University’s School of Medicine and received her Doctor of Medicine in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her residency at Wright State University and Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Bolan practiced for several years in Dayton before practicing in the Hamilton/Fairfield area in 2013. She joined Primary Health Solutions in July 2016. She has traveled a winding path to uncover her true lifework, obtaining degrees in psychology, electrical engineering, and business along the way. She would not modify any element of her journey, however, because the steps taken led her to precisely where she was supposed to be, gaining insight and understanding along the way to be able to provide the highest quality of care to women.
Dr. Bolan's approach to patient care has been shaped by several different factors, including multiple mission trips to Jamaica. There she served the people providing primary care, pediatric, and gynecological services. She was fortunate enough to be able to share these experiences and opportunities of servitude with two of her daughters. In addition to her mission work, her own personal experiences with childbirth and parenthood have given Dr. Bolan a different perspective. It has driven her desire to provide personalized care to women of all ages. Dr. Bolan is remarkably compassionate, approachable and genuinely dedicated to her patients and all aspects of patient care. Her warm-hearted and benevolent demeanor is apparent by the level of care and time she takes with each individual patient.
Dr. Bolan was born in Connecticut, has lived in numerous states across the country, but currently resides outside of Dayton with her children. She is a career-oriented individual; however, family is of the utmost importance to Dr. Bolan. She is raising four daughters ranging in age from early school age to young adult, and these girls keep her extraordinarily busy. From dance competitions to the soccer field, she is always there to support her children. She has been known to be sewing or gluing on rhinestones in her down time for her daughters’ dance competitions. She also enjoys reading, cooking, theater and culture, and longs to travel more as time allows.

Julie Treadway
APRN-CNP - Family Practice
'The satisfaction of seeing the same families, month after month, year after year, is the most rewarding aspect of patient care for me. I enjoy taking care of the patients during their pregnancies and then seeing the mothers return after delivery with their newborns. It is so rewarding to see our pediatric patients grow and thrive. It’s hard to believe that some of the first infants I encountered when I started here are now heading off to kindergarten, and some of the tweens will soon be graduating from high school!! I was born and raised in Hamilton and I could not imagine working in any other community. It is extremely gratifying to give back to the community that has given so much to me. I am very fortunate to work at such an amazing practice.'
