Primary Health Solutions Opens Ohio’s First Express Dental Center in Middletown

WALK-IN EMERGENCY DENTAL CLINIC EXPANDS ACCESS TO URGENT DENTAL CARE

MIDDLETOWN, OH – Primary Health Solutions (PHS) is proud to announce the opening of Ohio’s first Express Dental Center, providing immediate, walk-in emergency dental care to the community. Located at 930 9th Ave, Middletown, OH 45044, the new facility will officially open its doors on March 10, 2025, offering quick and accessible dental services for patients in need of urgent treatment.

Operating Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, the Express Dental Center will initially have rotating dentists and plans to expand Friday hours (8 AM – 2 PM) in the future once a permanent dentist is in place. Unlike traditional dental offices, this clinic will exclusively focus on urgent dental needs, including fillings, tooth pain, and crown issues—no cleanings or routine checkups will be provided.

“We are thrilled to announce the opening of Primary Health Solutions’ new Express Dental Center on March 10, 2025,” said Kerri Montemurro, Dental Director at Primary Health Solutions. “This walk-in emergency dental care facility will provide quick and accessible services to those in need. We are also excited to announce our partnership with SmileMD, a trusted mobile sedation company, which will provide sedation services for children by appointment. This collaboration ensures that children who require sedation can receive safe and effective treatment in a caring environment. This expansion is a significant step in our ongoing commitment to improving access to dental care in the community. We look forward to serving families across Butler County.”

The launch of the Express Dental Center aligns with PHS’s mission to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare to underserved communities. By eliminating the need for scheduled appointments and offering a dedicated facility for dental emergencies, PHS is removing barriers to urgent oral healthcare and ensuring more families receive the timely treatment they need.
