Primary Health Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of Joy Fry to Vice President of People and Culture, effective June 17, 2025. Joy previously served as Director of Human Resources, where she made significant strides in employee engagement and HR best practices.
Since joining PHS in June 2024, Joy has led notable improvements in employee retention and wellness initiatives, developed a strong HR team, and improved employee engagement across the organization.
Prior to PHS, Joy held progressive HR leadership roles across diverse industries, most recently as an HR consultant. She is a seasoned HR professional with 25 years of experience and holds a SHRM-SCP certification.
In her new role, Joy will drive organizational culture, advance leadership development, and execute strategies to recruit and retain top talent.
