February 5, 2025 (Hamilton, OH) – Primary Health Solutions (PHS) announces the acquisition of the internal medicine practice founded by Dr. Chetna Mital and Dr. Anu Mital, a Butler County institution with more than 40 years of service to the community.
The Mital practice brings deep expertise in internal medicine, chronic disease management, and nursing home care. Their two locations will transition into PHS health centers on the Fort Hamilton Campus and the Bethesda Butler Campus, ensuring continuity of care for existing patients.

Full transition is set for March 31, 2025. Patients can expect the same quality of care they’ve always received, now backed by PHS’s expanded resources and services.
