Brandi Ballantyne Named Health Care Hero Award Winner

Primary Health Solutions is proud to share that Brandi Ballantyne, DNP, Chief Health Officer, has been named a 2026 Health Care Hero Award winner in the Nursing category by the Cincinnati Business Courier.

The Health Care Heroes Awards recognize individuals across the region who are making a meaningful impact through leadership, compassion and dedication to improving health outcomes. Among an outstanding group of finalists and honorees, Brandi was recognized for her commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and her leadership in expanding access to services for underserved communities.

As Chief Health Officer, Brandi leads clinical operations across Primary Health Solutions, guiding integrated medical, dental and behavioral health teams with a focus on collaboration and whole-person care. In addition to her executive role, she continues to serve patients directly ensuring that leadership decisions remain closely connected to the real needs of patients and care teams.

Brandi’s work is deeply rooted in the community she serves. A lifelong Butler County resident, she has dedicated her career to breaking down barriers to care—whether through expanding services closer to home, strengthening school-based and community programs or supporting innovative care models that address both physical and behavioral health needs. Her leadership reflects a belief that access, compassion and quality must go hand in hand.

The Health Care Hero Award celebrates not only professional excellence, but the heart behind the work. For Brandi, nursing and leadership are more than roles—they are a calling to serve, advocate and build healthier communities for all.

Primary Health Solutions congratulates Brandi on this well-deserved honor and thanks her for the compassion, vision and leadership she brings to our mission every day.
