At Primary Health Solutions (PHS), we are continually looking for ways to make health care more accessible and convenient for the communities we serve. We recently celebrated the addition of Hamilton West Pharmacy with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. This marks another step in our commitment to expanding access to care by bringing pharmacy services directly into our Hamilton West Health Center.
Bringing Hamilton West Pharmacy to life required renovations to the health center’s interior to create a dedicated space for pharmacy services. This investment reflects our ongoing efforts to expand the resources available at our locations and make it easier for patients to access the care they need.
“We know that access to health care doesn’t stop when a patient leaves the exam room,” said President & CEO, Stephen Roller. “Being able to get the medications that have been prescribed, understand how to take them and afford them is an important part of staying healthy.”
By offering pharmacy services within the health center, we can further support an integrated approach to health care, connecting patients with multiple services in one convenient location. Our pharmacies offer prescription transfers, refill support, insurance assistance and free delivery within 50 miles, helping patients manage their prescriptions with greater convenience.
We also recognize that the cost of prescription medications can create challenges for individuals and families. Through the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program, we help eligible patients save on the cost of certain medications. Through August 31, 2026, PHS has helped patients save $4.59 million in out-of-pocket medication costs through the program.

Hamilton West Pharmacy is our second pharmacy location in Hamilton and our fourth in Butler County. Our pharmacy services continue to grow, with the opening of our Oxford pharmacy earlier this year and our newest location in Moraine, extending our services into Montgomery County.
The opening of Hamilton West Pharmacy represents more than an addition to our facility. It reflects our continued focus on meeting the needs of our patients, expanding access to essential services and investing in the communities we serve. Through ongoing improvements to our facilities and programs, we strive to make quality health care more accessible to individuals and families throughout our communities.
