Primary Health Solutions has named Elizabeth Mohr as its new Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare finance and operations leadership to the organization.
In this role, Mohr will oversee the organization’s financial strategy, budgeting, reporting and long-term fiscal planning, working closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to support sustainable growth and ensure continued stewardship of resources in support of the organization’s mission.
Mohr joins Primary Health Solutions after serving in senior leadership roles within the Bon Secours Mercy Health system, most recently as Hospital Administrator at Kings Mills Hospital. Throughout her career, she has held progressive leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, leading large-scale budgets, operational strategy and capital projects within complex healthcare environments.
She brings extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning and healthcare operations. During her tenure in hospital leadership, Mohr helped guide significant financial turnarounds, managed major capital investments and supported initiatives that improved access to care and strengthened community partnerships.

Mohr holds a Master of Business Administration from Thomas More University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University. She is actively engaged in the region through leadership and volunteer service, including with the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Hospice of Cincinnati, and Rotary of Mason/Deerfield.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mohr will play a key role in supporting Primary Health Solutions’ continued growth as a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare for patients and families across the region.
