2025 Health & Wellness Fair – A Community Celebration of Well-Being

One of the community’s most beloved events—The Health & Wellness Fair—is from 10am to 2pm Saturday, September 27, 2025, at The Event Center of Middletown.

Hosted in partnership by the Middletown Department of Health, Butler County Regional Health District, Middletown Connect, The Safety Council of SW Ohio, Hospice Care of Middletown, Premier Health and The Event Center of Middletown, this event brings together local organizations, health providers and safety experts to promote wellness across all ages.

There will be a wide range of free resources, interactive exhibits, wellness screenings, giveaways and more—all focused on helping you and your family live healthier, safer lives. Whether you’re looking to connect with local services or simply enjoy a day of learning and engagement, the Health & Wellness Fair has something for everyone. PHS will be assisting with educating the community about PHS services with brochures and swag.
