Primary Health Solutions, a leading healthcare provider, is pleased to announce the promotion of Joy Fry to Vice President of People and Culture, effective June 17 th , 2025.
Joy previously served as the Director of Human Resources, making significant strides in employee engagement and implementation of HR best practices.
Joy’s journey with Primary Health Solutions began in June 2024, where her leadership in the HR department led to notable improvements in employee retention and wellness initiatives. She has developed a strong HR team, refined processes and improved employee engagement across the organization. Her innovative approach and commitment to helping PHS become an Employer of Choice has been pivotal to our success.
Prior to joining Primary Health Solutions, Joy has had progressive leadership positions in the HR field across an array of diverse settings with her most recent experience coming as an HR consultant serving as an integrated expert spanning numerous industries. Joy has consistently been recognized for her expertise and industry knowledge. Joy is a seasoned HR professional with 25 years of experience and a SHRM-SCP certification. Her deep commitment to the development of excellent organizational culture and innovative ways to invest and engage with employees has and will continue to serve PHS employees well.
In her new role as VP of People and Culture, Joy will play a vital part in driving a strong organizational culture, advancing leadership development, and executing strategies to recruit and retain top talent –positioning PHS as an employer of choice.
