February 5, 2025 (Hamilton, OH) – Primary Health Solutions (PHS) is proud to announce the acquisition of the esteemed internal medicine practice led by Dr. Chetna Mital and Dr. Anu Mital, serving Butler County residents for over 40 years. This strategic move reflects PHS’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective care for the communities we serve.
Drs. Chetna and Anu Mital bring decades of expertise in internal medicine, chronic disease management, and nursing home care, enhancing PHS’s ability to meet the complex needs of our patients. Their established practice locations will become two PHS health centers on the Fort Hamilton Campus and the Bethesda Butler Campus, providing continuity of care for their loyal patients.
