Hamilton West

Beth is a Nurse Practitioner at Hamilton West.  She has been with PHS since 2018 after serving as an Registered Nurse for 10 years.  She spent 2 of those years in an Intermediate Care Unit and 8 years in the Emergency Room. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Miami University in 2007.  She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017, both from Ohio University. She enjoys serving the community through her church where she also serves as a preschool Sunday school teacher.  She is a married mother of three boys and has an Akita-Husky dog.

Christy Cobb joined Primary Health Solutions in August of 2020 as a Registered Dental Hygienist at our Edgewood School Based Health Center.  She received her degree from Sinclair Community College and has spent the past 16 working in public health as a Dental Hygienist. Outside of work, Christy spends most of her time watching her children play sports.  She and her husband coach their daughters’ travel team and the Talawanda Middle School team.  When she is off the field, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Julie Cianchetti-Bridgeford is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner that sees patients at our Hamilton West location.  Originally from the Cincinnati area, Julie completed her Bachelor of Science in Nurse at Miami University in 2007.  She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nurse at the University of Cincinnati in 2000. She worked as an Registered Nurse in labor and delivery before completing her Master's degree.  She has worked as a Women's Health NP since 2000 in both private practice and ministry settings.  She taught OB Nursing and has provided CenteringPregnancy care before coming to PHS. Outside of work, Julie is very involved in her church where she serves on the worship team.  She also loves the ocean and enjoys going boating in the summer.  She is always busy with church or sports activates as she is married with 9 children and soon to be 3 grandchildren.
